Blogsvertise - Company Evaluation
Written by. SCS - SEO Service, SEO Company
Let's take a look at Blogsvertise, one our competitors in the Blog Links sector. Blogsvertise is one of the main reason's I founded SEO Company Service (SCS). I used the services of Blogsvertise as an Advertiser and Blogger. Here is a simple breakdown of the core differences between Blogsvertise and SEO Company Service (SCS).
1. Blogsvertise doesn't have any guarantees, SCS guarantees an increase in Google Ranking.
2. Blogsvertise doesn't update the PR of the blogs available in their database, SCS owns all the blogs in our network and we monitor PR daily.
3. Blogsvertise overcharges their services, because the PR of the blogs in their database doesn't update with Google. SCS only uses blogs with ongoing PR3 or higher. SCS will never overcharge for our linking services. We want to keep our customers.
4. Blogsvertise doesn't respond to emails or phone messages. SCS is in existence solely for our customers and will never neglect a customer. You are the reason we are in business.
5. Blogsvertise doesn't deliver links on blogs with PR that they promise in their Link Packages. As an Advertiser, I signed up with Blogsvertise for a monthly plan of 10 links on PR3 blogs and higher. When I quality checked the links, I found 8 out of the 10 links had lower than PR3 and 4 had PR0. SEO Company Service (SCS). only delivers links on blogs with PR3 or higher and we provide the list of links created to our customers.
6. Blogsvertise doesn't pay their bloggers for up to 5 weeks. In turn, Blogger's are unhappy, don't respond to Advertising requests and write poor uninformed posts. It's extremely difficult to get a blogger on the Blogsvertise network to accept blog links. All our blog posts are written in-house on blogs we own. You will never have this problem with SEO Company Service (SCS) and we have a guarantee to back it up.
7. Blogsvertise doesn't screen their blogs and often have non-english speakers writing english content. SCS only uses native English speakers and quality checks each of our posts. You simply will never have this issue.
SEO Company Service is your SEO partner that will improve your Google Rankings or you don't pay! That's our guarantee, it's time to start increasing your Google Rankings and increasing your profits.

Blogsvertise
Pros and Cons
Description: Blogsvertise is a blog advertising company that offers bloggers the chance to get paid for writing reviews of products or services. Blogsvertise is similar to many other pay-to-blog websites where advertisers pay you to express your opinion about their product, adding links to the product in question along the way.
Website: Blogsvertise's website is basic; it clearly states that a potential blogger must have a blog already established (at least 30 days old) that must be reviewed before acceptance. Bloggers are not required to write only positive reviews of an advertiser's product, they can be neutral, or even negative, and the company requires that bloggers include three links back to the advertiser's product, whereas other pay-to-blog companies require one, or even none.
Blogsvertise pays about the same as other blog advertising sites do; they state that new bloggers earn approximately $5 per entry, bloggers can earn up to $25. The amount paid per entry depends on the amount of traffic generated by the blog and its search engine ranking. The more traffic a blog sees, the more money a blogger can earn. Unfortunately, bloggers have found Blogsvertise doesn't pay for 4 weeks.
Cons: Customer service is terrible and one of the reason I started Blogs Links Advertising. I used Blogsvertise as a Blogger and Advertiser and was appalled by the lack of care and concern Blogsvertise employees have.
One of my biggest issues with Blogsvertise was the fact their database is never updated correctly. In January, Google had a PR update and Blogsvertise costs are based on PR. I sent customer service emails, called and made it clear their Page Ranks are not updated and that they were charging people too much, because Blogsvertise still thought a blog had a PR 3 when it changed to a PR 1 after the adjustment. 6 weeks have passed and their database still hasn't updated. As an Advertiser, this was extremely frustrating and unfair.
Another complaint Blogsvertise bloggers have is all of the disclaimers present on their website. Blogsvertise states repeatedly that they can terminate your blog at their discretion, and even decide not to pay you without a reason! Blogsvertise also says that they "may or may not approve your account or blog entry for any reason", this means that after a blogger puts in the work writing the entry, there is a chance it will not be accepted with no reason given. This can be frustrating for any blogger to encounter. Blogsvertise also says that they can terminate your account for any reason. All of these disclaimers only work to undermine the company's goal of honest and trustworthy business practices.
Another complaint some users have is the usability of the website. Some have complained that the sign-up process is weak, and that the Blogsvertise website in general isn't presented in a professional manner. One reviewer says, "If I had to pick one company most likely to get people to do work and then accidentally forget to pay them, it would be Blogsvertise." Another fact some Blogsvertise bloggers take issue with is that payment may not be received until up to 30 days after entry submission; Blogsvertise claims this is to give administrators time to review the submission, but waiting 30 days for payment is not acceptable to many bloggers. The company also requires new bloggers to write an essay about the company before their blog is accepted on Blogsvertise. While this is a common occurrence in the blog advertising arena, Blogsvertise does not pay its bloggers for writing this submission essay as other companies do.
Some other guidelines state that entries must have 2-3 paragraphs and be a minimum of 75 words long; otherwise, your entry will not even be reviewed. Also, the entry must be permanent on the blog, and the entry must be completed within 5 days of the assignment being emailed to the blogger.
