I've been full-timing for going on three years now. I really don't think I could transition back to a house-bound life.

Like you lens. We spent 5 years in a rv untill health stoped it. I still dream of going back into that life. Being stuck in one place is not fun for me. I will do it one more time. Glad you could settle down in one place.

Love this lens! I'm featuring it on my dreams-do-come-true lens (which isn't quite ready for publication as I write this). 5*, a Fav, and a Fan!

My friends Barb and Dave go off across Canada in the summers - this past year up North to Nunavut and the Yukon - and then Barb writes books about their trips! They are a very inspiring pair.

My husband and I have been fulltiming it for over 2 1/2 years now and it's the only way to go. I also wrote a lense on becoming a full time RVer! Just this year we have been considering the workcamping and have talked with many new people in parks. There is a wide variety of work with as many options for compensation so we're looking at all our options!

Now . . . This Is MY Idea Of Living! As Much As I Love Riding In The Car, Life Would Be Ideal If My Human Motored Around Like You; Being On The Road Would Be Awesome, Especially Since I Love Meeting Nice Humans And Other Dogs! Sorry To Hear Yours Crossed Rainbow Bridge.

The Human, However, Was Happy To Learn That You Adopted Your Dogs, And Perhaps Someday It Will Be Time To Add Another Addition, Or Two, To Your Traveling Family!

We Once Saw An Episode Of "Wife Swap" Where The Mom Had To Change Places With A Family Who Also Lived And Traveled In An RV (But, She Made Them Live In A House During Her "Week To Change The Rules," Because She Didn't Care For That Lifestyle - Actually, She Didn't Care For Much Of Anything!).

Keep On Keeping On! What A Great Way To Live!

I have friends who did the same thing... sold everything and moved into their RV. It was supposed to last 6 months, and is now going on 15 years. We have a small RV and enjoy spending weekends in the high desert. It's a great way to travel and experience the simple things like millions of stars and calm nights. I'm happy for you!
