Nikki Evans, from ITV's X-Factor series, plays the leading role of Mrs Johnston for a six month run, starting from 3rd November 2008. Evans, finished fourth in the 2007 series behind Rhydian, sibling duo Same Difference and eventual winner Leon Jackson.

- We went to Lonodn on a Blood Brothers theatre break and thoroughly enjoyed the show. The acting is superb and the story just overwhelming.
