R.I.P. Bloody Bones
Bloody Bones...
this is how I remember the story.

Spooky Halloween!
Told around the campfire and/or as a Halloween haunt story!!
A skeleton is creeping toward your house...you hear its voice in the distance, "Bloody Bones is going to get youuuu, Bloody Bones is going to get youuuu!" So you run for cover in the hall and still hear "Bloody Bones is going to get youuuu, Bloody Bones is going to get youuuu!" You run as fast as you can to the top of the stairs and hear, "Bloody Bones is in the halllll, Bloody Bones is in the halllll"! By now you are freakin' out; heart racing, sweat poring down your forehead, you turn and run as fast as you can to your bedroom, only to hear, "Bloody Bones is on the stairssss, Bloody Bones is on the stairssss!...
As the storyteller you can chase the person room to room...insert a loud BOO! as soon as you know you have a captured audience!

The Hairy Toe

Spooky Skeletons!
Once there was an old woman who went out in the woods to dig up some roots to cook for dinner. Poisoned Candy Scare

Halloween Candy Corn
The poisoned candy scare was a moral panic in the United States during the 1970's and 1980's regarding the threat that children could be in danger of ingesting razor blades, needles, or poison introduced to candy by tampering, especially during traditional Halloween trick-or-treating. Apart from one incident, actually an act of premeditated murder by a trick-or-treater's father, there have been no recorded incidents of deliberately poisoned candy during Halloween or any similar occasion.
