Blue Bandanas

Ranked #4,645 in Fashion & Beauty, #69,620 overall

What a Functional Piece of Fabric

Be it blue or otherwise colored, a bandana is one handy square of cotton. Carry a bandana in your pocket, backpack, or purse for an emergency nose wipe or sneezing fit, to dab the sweat from your brow or the tears of happiness (I hope) from your eyes. You can use bandanas to grab a hot pot in a pinch, to cover your head, pull back your hair, or shield your nose and mouth from dust or what have you.

Bandanas can be used in first aid situations, to wash and dry dishes, to pre-filter water in the backcountry, and for gathering this and that (wild edibles perhaps).

You can also use bandanas as party favors or to bundle little gifts or goodies.

Use your imagination. You can do all sorts of things with bandanas. And if you're partial to blue bandanas, here are more than a few....

Do You Carry or Wear a Blue Bandana?

I see people tie a bandana around their dog's neck. It looks perky and cheerful.

These probably match up to what we call Hankerchiefs. They are certainly adaptable to many uses and you have done a good job here, *Blessed* and featured on Blessed by Skiesgreen 2012. Hugs
