When I was younger, I loved dressing up and putting on heels. I wore platform shoes and loved the extra height it gave me.

Later, after going to school for massage therapy, I realized the importance of foot ware when it came to improving my posture. I eventually made the change to flats, and I'm glad I did.

Yes, all the time.

I wish I'd thought of bringing along a pair of wedding flip flops when we got married. My satin wedding shoes ended up in the trash that night. Bridal flip flops would have been perfect for the non-photo stuff.
