Pros
* Excellent sound quality
It's crisp and clear. Both incoming and outgoing calls are just excellent. You and the one you're talking to could hear each other very well. No static, crack, pop, etc.

* Great noise cancelling
It works well even when you're surrounded with sounds of all kinds (people, vehicles and other background noises)

* Comfortable to wear
This thing fits really when on your ear. It comes with three different earbuds of different sizes so you can pick the one that is most comfortable to you. And when your job requires you to talk on the phone for a long time a comfortable headset is just essential.

* Great battery life
It's very convenient because you don't need to keep recharging this headset every other day (or worse - hours). The recharging time is also pretty standard. Only takes 2 - 3 hours to fully charge it.

* Voice activation and controls
Being able to answer or ignore calls without lifting a finger is just so cool

* Easy pairing
Setting up this heaeset is just plain easy. It actually guides you throughout the whole pairing process. It's a huge thing especially for people who never paired a bluetooth device before.

Cons
* No mute button
It's not really a deal breaker but it just a lot more convenient if BlueAnt made this with a mute button.

* Short USB cable
You'll need that cable to charge the headset and personally I prefer longer cable because not all wall plugs are located in the "right" places.

* Mute button. It's amazing how a simple mute button can be so useful in multitude of ways.

Cons
* The volume up and down buttons are hard to distinguish by finger only. Sometimes you just need to take it off then press the volume button
