  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 2 2/3 cups Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 pounds of fresh blueberries
  • Streusel Topping

  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter

Streusel Topping Directions
In small bowl combine all ingredients for streusel topping until crumbly.

How to make Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl and mix well
  • Cut in the butter with a pastry blender, or a fork or by rubbing it in with you fingers until it is crumbly
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and mix well
  • Stir in the blueberries and pour the mixture into a 9 X 13 inch baking pan
  • Sprinkle Streusel Topping over the batter
  • Bake 1 hour and 40 minutes or until golden brown
  • Test to see if it's done by inserting a toothpick near the center of the cobbler. If it comes out clean, the blueberry cobbler is done.
