- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup soft butter
- 2 2/3 cups Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 pounds of fresh blueberries
- Streusel Topping

- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
Streusel Topping Directions
In small bowl combine all ingredients for streusel topping until crumbly.

How to make Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
Instructions on how to make Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl and mix well
- Cut in the butter with a pastry blender, or a fork or by rubbing it in with you fingers until it is crumbly
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and mix well
- Stir in the blueberries and pour the mixture into a 9 X 13 inch baking pan
- Sprinkle Streusel Topping over the batter
- Bake 1 hour and 40 minutes or until golden brown
- Test to see if it's done by inserting a toothpick near the center of the cobbler. If it comes out clean, the blueberry cobbler is done.
