Blueberry Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tbsp all spice
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- FOR THE SUGAR CRUST
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 365C.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the corn starch, sugar, cinnamon and all spice. Mix thoroughly.
3. Add in water and lemon ju8ice. Mix and set aside.
4. Prepare the pie crust and add the fresh blueberries on it. Toss the mixture on top of the blueberries.
5. To make the sugar crust, mix in a separate bowl the ingredients.
6. Sprinkle the crust on top of the pie.
7. Bake pie for an hour.
8. Serve.

- It's so hard to pick a favorite pie but blueberry pie is one on the top of my list. Very nice recipe, I'll have to try it.
