I found a solution for this problem, it also might works for other computers and notebooks.
Now my Acer Travelmate 5742 laptop is able to connect with my cell phone the LG-P350
And I also own a Car stero the Kenwood BT CD/R-4P1
Connects tith my LG-P350 Cell phone using bluetooth, so i can call hands free.
A Bluetooth Car Kit allows you to connect your phone to your car stereo. It lets you play music stored on the phone through the car's speaker system and also make hands-free calls.

Then a bluetooth adapter is a perfect solution, just plug the bluetooth adapter in your usb port. install the software and you can transfer your files from your cell phone to your computer or from your computer to your cell phone.
