I didn't realize that BMW made cars until I passed one

I bought my first BMW motorcycle in 1998. It was a K 1200 RS in Dakar Yellow (complete with the racing checkerboard). It was love at first sight. From that day forward, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Ducati ... didn't exist. It's BMW for me!

I may not get all the miles on the bike that I want, but I love getting out on the bike and exploring the mountains and countryside.

Which bike to add next...

The BMW bike selection gets better and better. Is there a bike that you would NOT want? I didn't think so.

Here's my current list of bikes I'd like to add to the collection.
  1. R 1200 GS
    Great bike for around town and for traveling the country.
  2. K 1200 S
    Zero to sixty in 2.8 seconds. Wow!
  3. K 1200 GT
    Rated the Best Sport Touring Bike for 2006. Gotta love the K Bikes.
