Bo the Webguy and Beach Music

About 15 years ago, I was introduced to Beach Music. Growing up in the northeastern part of North Carolina, close to Nags Head and Virginia Beach, I can't believe I was never exposed to Carolina Beach Music.

Once I was able to experience performances from bands like Coastline and Band of Oz, I got hooked. Jim Quick has become one of my best friends.

I got involved in the Internet side of Beach Music and started Beach Music Online, a site that has become one of the most visited sites on the net for beach music information. I am involved with several of the biggest Beach Music Events that happen each year across the Carolinas.

Outside of the Carolinas and southern parts of Virginia, rarely do you find anyone that even knows what Beach Music is all about. Beach Music may best be defined by the fans and followers on this blog post I started about 4 years ago. "What is Beach Music to You?"

Bo Gilbert, MIRM - New Home Marketing

My job used to revolve around the New Home Construction Industry. I have been involved in Real Estate and New Home Construction for about 16 years. I spent over 12 years focused on Internet Marketing for homebuilders, developers and new home marketing professionals.

About 85% of all new home shoppers are going to use the Internet before they decide on a new home. I helped builders make the most of their marketing budgets by guiding the design of effective websites and managing their media and advertising as it pertains to the Internet.

I attained the Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) through the National Association of Home Builders.
