    A very enlightening lens, I like the sound of EFT and as a great believer in the Law of Attraction I think it's important to make a conscious effort each and every day to appreciate who we are. Keep up the good work, 5 stars from me

    A good way to do EFT/Tapping is to stand naked in the mirror and start right from the top of your head all the way down to your toes and tap EVERYTHING you don't like..
