Body Language To Attract Women

Remember to smile. A smile is often one of the first things a woman notices when she meets a man. Smiling helps you project confidence and enthusiasm when greeting a woman for the first time.

It's all about the eyes, guys. Eye contact is incredibly powerful if used effectively. If you're standing across the room from a woman you're interested in, try to quickly exchange glances with her -- not longer than 2-3 seconds. And, when you're engaged in a one-on-one conversation, make sure to keep your eyes locked on her when it's her turn to speak. Above all, don't make the mistake of looking you-know-where!

Reach for her hand. If you feel comfortable, this is a fantastic way of using your body language to attract women. Next time you're engaged in a meaningful conversation with a woman you like, very subtly put your hand in hers. When you hold hands with a woman, she feels much more connected to you, and you're likely to get her heart beating a lot faster over you.

Get close, but not too close. A woman may feel threatened if you get too close to her before you really know her. At the same time, you need to be close enough so that she knows you're interested. If the moment is right, feel free to put your arm around her and comfort her. However, it is important that you also read her body language and do not invade on her personal space.

Don't slouch. Again, using body language to attract women is all about projecting confidence. And walking around like the Hunchback of Notre Dame certainly isn't going to do you any favors. Stand tall with your shoulders up and walk proud. Yes, it makes a big difference in womens' eyes.

Don't keep your hands in your pockets. You look bored. You look disinterested. You looked closed off to meeting anyone new -- in this case, women. Keeping your hands in your pockets just isn't a smart move when you're on the hunt for new women. Just because she's a girl doesn't mean you can't shake her hand when you first meet her. But you can't do that with your hands in your pockets, so get 'em out.

Don't cross your arms. Same issue with keeping your hands in your pockets. Not a girl within 30 feet of you is going to want to talk to you when you're using that kind of body language to attract women. It doesn't work. For all a woman knows, you hate the world and you're content by yourself. It's in your best interest simply to keep your arms hanging down by your sides.

Don't move so fast. You're intimidating her. Slow, careful movements are the way to go, especially when you're just getting to know a girl. Don't run across the room to say hello two seconds after making eye contact. And don't rush out a quick answer immediately after she asks you a question. Just calm down and play it cool.
