Good body tone is what all women dream of but not many are prepared to research for the exercise routine that will ensure that they do succeed. It's a choice like anything else, body toning is no different. Decide what you want and workout how you are going to get there and don't look back. Make peace with the fact that sacrifices will have to be made and perhaps a few risks. You will never know if you can do it unless you commit yourself to it and have a go.

Don't make excuses and don't blame anyone else just because it's not happening for you, including not blaming yourself. Educate yourself and above all dispel the lies we have believed about ourselves.

    Best exercises for women are cycling, jogging, and cooking. This all will give them a slim and tone body shape otherwise if women go for high weight exercise then they may look like men.
