Bodybuilding Revealed: The Inside Scoop

This lens will review the book Bodybuilding Revealed by Will Brinks. I read this book when I was hired to write a review on it for a client. I have to tell you, I'm not 'wowed' by very many how-to books, but this one blew me away. It's honestly the best bodybuilding book I've ever read. And I've read quite a few, since I've written thousands of articles on how to lose weight, fitness and bodybuilding.

In this lens I'll deliver an in depth review of the book, including the things I liked and didn't like. We'll also have a closer look at the author, Will Brinks..

I hope you enjoy this lens. If you do, please leave a message in the guestbook and rate this lens. Also, if you have any questions, (something I haven't answered in this lens) please don't hesitate to ask in the guestbook. I'll either answer directly to the guestbook or create a new module that will answer the question in more detail.

A Quick Overveiw of Bodybuilding Revealed

Bodybuilding Revealed is the best book on bodybuilding that I've ever had the pleasure to read. Will Brinks does a great job of explaining the different aspects involved in losing weight by using resistance training and cardio together in a way that guarantees success.

How do I know?

After I read Bodybuilding Revealed, I put the advice given within the book to the test. I followed the routines mentioned in the book and managed to lose three inches off my waistline in about three weeks. For me, that was pretty darn impressive, especially since I had been working out on a consistent basis before having read the book. In most cases, people just starting to work out will lose massive amounts of weight for the first one to two weeks, and then that progress will drop off. This is because most of the weight you're losing at the beginning is excess water. Once you lose that excess water, you begin to lose fat, which takes longer.

That's why I was so surprised by the gains I'd made by using Will's methods as opposed to what I had been doing.

Bodybuilding Revealed covers every major facet of bodybuilding and losing weight. Will explains weight training, diet, which supplements work and which ones don't and how to time your routine in order to see the most gains in the shortest amount of time.

Let's have a look at Will Brinks, and then we'll get down to what exactly is in the book and why you should seriously consider picking it up.

Who is Will Brinks?

Will Brinks has been a writer for over twenty years. He's been published in high profile magazines such as MuscleMag International and IronMan. He's also published articles on most of the major online fitness magazines on topics such as bodybuilding, heart disease and workout supplements.

Will Brinks also works as a consultant for major pharmaceutical companies, helping to refine, improve and create supplements that work. He's a high level fitness trainer and he even trains SWAT team members, which for me at least, is very, very impressive.

He's appeared on radio programs and is one of the best known fitness consultants in the world. In other words, if it's fitness related, Will Brinks has almost certainly done it at some point.

An Honest, No Bull Review on Bodybuilding Revealed

If you're like me, you hate to waste money on eBooks that promise amazing results but ultimately fail to meet up to expectation. It seems that almost everyone would love to drop some excess weight and tone up, but there are so many conflicting health reports that most people throw up their hands in frustration and give up before they even begin.

In other cases (like my own) you have a goal in mind and try to achieve it, but run into a brick wall because the advice you've been getting is shoddy. These are the issues that Will Brinks tries to answer in Bodybuilding Revealed and he does a nice job at it.

Before we go any further, let's have a look at what this book contains and what you'll receive by making a purchase.

For the cost of $47 you'll be able to download a PDF copy of Bodybuilding Revealed. The book itself is a whopping 670 pages long, which might scare some people off, but not me. The more pages the better, since it ultimately means that I'll be getting lots of information for my dollar. Bodybuilding Revealed is actually five smaller eBooks that have been compiled into one book.

The book covers how to build muscle, proper diet and nutrition, supplement reviews, motivation and goal setting, cardio workouts and hardcore weight training.

Along with the book, you'll also be able to download a book entitled "How to Build Muscle at Home", by Craig Ballantyne, which will teach you how to build muscle at home using simple hand weights.

The best aspect of all, besides the book, is you'll be given access to Will Brinks' Inner Circle Forum. Basically, the forum allows you to have access to Will Brinks, as well as other people who have bought the book. You can ask question of Will yourself, or ask fellow muscle builders and receive support during your training.

The forum also includes:

-440 supplement reviews that will help you avoid having to spend your hard earned money for products that don't work.

-A nutritional database of over 56,000 foods and growing daily.

-Articles written by Will Brinks.

-Recipes that will help you make nutritious meals and speed up your progress.

-Workout charts that will enable you to chart your progress and plan your workouts.

-Meal and calorie planner.

-Videos that demonstrate different lifts and how to do them correctly, which will really help you avoid injuries.

And last but not least, you will be able to update your eBook for free whenever there are new updates. All in all, that's a lot of stuff for just $47.

But does it work? Is it just trash or will it help you achieve the body you've always dreamed of? That's the real question, right?

My Opinion About Bodybuilding Revealed

Review Continued...

Despite Bodybuilding Revealed being 670 pages long, I read this book in three nights. Will has a very easy-to-read, entertaining writing style. He also provides a lot of facts and backs his claims up with statistics, unlike a lot of fitness books.

In most cases, there is a ton of spam within an eBook. For example, if you read a fitness book and notice a lot of links to fitness supplements, chances are the writer of the book is getting paid to refer you. This wasn't the case in Will Brinks' book.

One of the best features of Bodybuilding Revealed is the fact that you can click on a link in the table of contents and be taken right to the area you're interested in. This helps when you want to look up something later on. After all, it's unlikely that you'll remember everything you read in a 670 page eBook!

I recommend Bodybuilding Revealed whole-heartedly. The only thing I noticed wrong with the book was a few typos, but they in no way detract from the wealth of information contained within the book itself. It also helps knowing that Will Brinks has a lot of knowledge and expertise in the fitness feild, and he's not just some guy who knows nothing out to make a buck.

If you want to build muscle and trim down but don't know where to start, I recommend you pay the $47 and pick upBodybuilding Revealed. You won't need to spend any more money on another book because this eBook has it all.

How Bodybuilding Revealed Can Save You Money

If you make the choice to purchase Bodybuilding Revealed, you won't waste your money by buying supplements that don't work. Not only that, but you won't have to pay upwards of $100 per hour for a personal trainer, thanks to the forum and the information contained within the book itself. Best of all, you can rest assured that Will Brinks won't lead you astray. I personally tried the techniques described in the book and saw significant results within just a few weeks.

If you have a goal of losing weight, and feeling and looking healthier than you ever have before, Bodybuilding Revealed is definitely worth the money.

I've read the book by Will Brinks and I can say it's worth your time and money. There are some interesting tips to be found inside. I'd add that one of the most important things in bodybuilding as with anything else is to stay focused. I use a drink called gaba for this purpose. It will increase your mental and physical strength. I suggest you should read the book and pay special attention to "proper diet and nutrition" part. Food is 70-80% of bodybuilding!

    Hi Mike,

Well, let me be the first to leave a comment on your lens! I'm not into bodybuilding, however, I really liked your "An Honest No Bull Review..." section as you described exactly what to expect upon purchasing this book. The idea of supplement reviews, recipes, etc., is very interesting to me and I'm now going to have to go find this book. Great Job!
