Have you seen the Hollywood stars? They do have Six Pack Abs and shredded body but they definitelly don't have those huge muscles that distort the symmetry of the human body. THey don't have to wear shabby clothes because of those muscles and definitelly they are more sexy and attractive in the eyes of the women then the contestants of the distorted bodybuilders.
So is bodybuilding really a trend we should follow? The answer is yes and no at the same time. It depends on what bodybuilding program you follow and what you really want to achieve in your life.
If you want to have success in the terms of having a good looking and healthy body that everybody admires you can find that there is no need to even use weights while you're training.If you've seen some truly amazing bodies out there, chances are you've seen people who build muscle without weights. You will get much better results at home than living in the gym with the fancy equipment.
Let me ask you a question: are there any better bodies out there than the male gymnasts? These guys are ripped and lean and their bodies are incredibly strong. They don't spend hours lifting weights, their training is body weight resistance. Their muscles are large and plenty. Those men are stronger than any bodybuilders in the business! Their strength is practical as well.
