Number 1 rule is drink a lot of water! Keep your body hydrated, bring around a water bottle with you that you can drink. Cut down on the calorie intake by eating unnecessary snacks. Eat more whole grain, fruits and vegetables. If you crave chocolate eat a chocolate health bar instead of indulging on that hersheys bar.
