Should I get a refund for Bodylastics?
Dear Friend,Let's get something dead straight before we start.
I used to hate Home Gym Systems . I hated them more than you do, and I always had.
Really, I did. And give me a few seconds to tell you why.
You must have hated it because of its cost.
But first, let's start with how I got here, and why I'm writing this...
It must have been about two months ago now, I was browsing the web when I got an e-mail from a friend raving about this home gym system called "Bodylastics", by Blake Kassel.
Click to Check out Bodylastics
Now, my friend is actually someone whose opinion I trust, which is the only reason I clicked on the link in the first place. And here I am...
"But why did I hate those damn home gym systems with a lunatic passion..."
Well, let me tell you. I am a professional muscle builder, and I used to spend close to 2 hours on the gym everyday increasing weights by 5 kgs every week (giving me a strong physique). In short I know what I am doing.
But, I have never been a big fan of home gym systems - for me, having a home gym that can recreate 100 exercises has never seemed to be an advantage for the muscle builder. What it does do, though, is sound good on an ad... and lots of newbies see "Ability to recreate 50 gym exercises with just a single equipment ", and think "wow! What a big number, here is my money".
Then, the newbies who bought the home gym realize that ability to do 50 exercises doesn't mean anything on its own (because not enough resistance is provided) - only after wasting their precious time and money ... and then, the next home gym comes out and the cycle repeats itself...
Great for the guys who made the home gym - pretty crappy for the poor newbie who bought it.
So, you can imagine my thoughts when I got my friend's e-mail recommending Bodylastics. As I say, it was only because he was normally spot-on that I even clicked away.
When I reached their website, I was actually pretty impressed with the sales copy, and even more impressed with some of the features that this appears to have - Use of elastics bands, smooth resistance, clip system...
But, again, I have to be honest with you...,
At this point, I still thought to myself, "nice copy, lots of benefits, this seems good... but yet again, it isn't just going to work for abs and building muscle ... so forget it".
And that was that; I left the site... but a few days later my friend e-mailed me, letting me know he had used it for a week and was seeing some cool results with the home gym. He also said that I needed to stop my anti home gym manina and get the home gym as it'll be a time saver for me. So I spent the money and purchased the max tension set with a half heart.
Just so you know, I only purchased because... well, money isn't too much of an issue for me, and I was about to put it away when my friend started up again - in fact he pestered the hell out of me to start using the home gym once I had it!
So, I decided to give him a chance, and make full use of Bodylastics... so I got up for a week to play around with the home gym...
But a week wasn't enough...
Does it work?.. - read on...
* Is it really the best home gym on the market?
* Can it work for newbies? Professional muscle builders? Athletes?
* ...And does it actually help in building muscle?...

Did Bodylastics Work For Me
A Case Study
The problem is that Bodylastics is really the kind of thing you can spend a month playing around with and then still get it wrong. In the right hands, though, it is a monster... in the wrong hands, forget about it...In the end, it took me two weeks to master the home gym - two full weeks to ignore the noise and focus on the signal, and really understand what works with it and what doesn't. Because, believe me this is a bit of a beast.
Just so you don't think I am exaggerating the scale of Bodylastics, here are some of the featues of Bodylastics. Remember, each one is practically a separate piece of home gym in itself:
1. Resistance Training - Bodylastics uses the same theory of resistance to build muscle strength as the weight lifting systems located in a gym. The difference lies in the equipment. Rather than bulky and expensive weights, this home gym system utilizes sets of lightweight elastic tubing. This tubing is color coded for the user, with each color providing a different level of resistance by virtue of its thickness Deadly in the right hands, completely useless in the wrong ones.
2. Quick Clip System - The bodylastics home gym system uses never before seen variations on the elastic resistance theory. The quick clip system allows the user to conveniently clip multiple bands onto a set of handles or ankle straps. This is very much less difficult than the old way of adding or removing weights from a traditional weight lifting machine. Their home gym also offers unlimited fitness potential which means any number of tubes can be attached at a given time.
3. Door Anchor - Bodylastics also introduces the use of door anchors. The door anchor can be attached to any door that closes by placing the foam anchor over or under the door and then closing it. The tubes then connect the anchor and the handle or ankle straps using the quick clip system. This alone allows users to perform multiple exercises...

Bodylastics - The Facts
The Conclusion
As you can see, Bodylastics is practically monstrous. In fact, each of the above features is practically a home gym in itself."But now for the ultimate question - did I increase my muscle mass with Bodylastics? The results are in..."
Let me put it this way.
The results were.... interesting.
While I haven't changed my tune re: Home gyms in general, there is something very, very interesting that you can do with Bodylastics - if you realize it. And none of the other home gyms have these cool features. If it wasn't for this, the results I am about to disclose would not have happened.
Let's discuss those all important results.
I had an extra peak and fullness on my biceps, abs, triceps. The coolest thing was from four pack abs, I had gotten Six pack abs after just using it for a month.
Finally, I researched and set up some new interesting workouts with Bodylastics, and that has increased my muscle mass faster than when I was working in the gym. The amazing thing is my workout lasted just an hour a day.
My time with Bodylastics has been very brilliant - and I am now a convert. Blake Kassel can finally get some rest, knowing I have put an end to my vendetta against Home Gyms.

Great review! I just received my bodylastics gym in the mail, and will be starting a workout program with them, tomorrow. I think people underestimate the capability of resistance bands. When it comes to building muscle, it isn't about weight, it is about resistance. Muscles cannot tell the difference about where the resistance comes from. If you like the Max Tension set, you should get the TO Super Strong Man edition. They go up to 254 lbs of resistance. They are the latest from Bodylastics.
Is Six Pack Abs Possible With Bodylastics
If you get the Bodylastics resistance band set and start working out exercises like the One Arm Band Pull and Seated Crunch for 15 reps and 3 sets every day. I'm sure you can get those six pack abs in just around 30 days with this great bowflex alternative.Visit Bodylastics.
Burn Fat With Bodylastics
How to Burn Fat : 5 Simple Steps to Burn Fat and Lead a Fit Life by Ron Taggy
How to burn fatIn the everyday world of fast food and idle lifestyles, an increasing number of more people find themselves struggling with obesity and weight management problems. Everyone knows about fat, where it comes from, and how to avoid it, but very few have managed to keep it in check. Anyone who's tried to lose weight knows that diet and exercise are not as simple as they sound. Try these simple tricks to help you burn fat and lose weight the healthy way.
Spread out your meals
Instead of breakfast, lunch and dinner, eat five to six "micro meals" or light snacks throughout the day. This will keep your energy high enough to burn calories all day, even when you're idle. It will also curb that heavy feeling you get after a large meal, which tends to make you slow and sluggish.
Lose the fat, keep the muscle
Have you noticed how some people look frail and formless after they lose weight? That's because they lost muscle along with the fat. Your muscles wear out every time you exercise, and they need time to rebuild and repair torn tissues. Increase your muscle mass by eating protein-rich foods such as fish, lean meat, eggs, and legumes. The more muscle you have, the faster you can burn fat.
Go natural
As much as possible, stick to natural, organic foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and fish. Processed food is loaded with preservatives which not only reduce their nutritional value, but also pack a mean dose of calories. Avoid fast food and anything canned or packaged. Try to eat out less - homemade food is cheaper and healthier, and cooking helps you burn even more calories.
Know your fats
You've probably heard that some fats are good, and some are bad. What you want to avoid are trans fats and saturated fats - those you find in meat, butter and margarine, and most fried foods. Both make you prone to heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and other dreaded diseases. Poly unsaturated and mono unsaturated fats are considered good fats, and may be found in avocados and light vegetable oils.
Exercise
Dieting may help you lose weight, but keeping it off is another story. Sometimes you even end up gaining back more weight than you lost. When you cut down on food, your metabolism slows down. Your body starts to store energy instead of burning it, which will eventually form fat. That is why crash diets never work.
Exercise keeps up your metabolism, so that your body burns the same amount of fat even as you take in less. You don't have to work out everyday - that might actually be bad for you - but you do need regular, consistent exercise. Start with what you can manage, even if it's just walking your dog.
Try a portable and inexpensive home gym
When you're ready for more challenging stuff, you can invest in simple exercise tools such as Bodylastics. Bodylastics consists of four resistance bands that work like any gym equipment, from dumbbells to smith machines. The clips at the ends allow a whole range of exercise positions. If you're serious about getting in shape but don't have the time or money for a home gym, Bodylastics is perfect for you. Why Bodylastics Is So Unique
Bodylastics is considered to be the most effective on the home gym market. It is because of the uniqueness and design of their system. Its combination of multiple components makes it a multiple muscle working out machine. It relies on these two facilities:
Door Anchor: The door anchor lets you recreate all the gym exercises. You can attach it to any door that closes and recreate all those exercises with its unique clip system.
Clip System: In Bodylastics, each elastic tube has its own clip. With which you can attach multiple tubes together and get a workout with a higher resistance level. They can be used combining each other. And you get even more benefits when you integrate the door anchor facility to it.
