Bolton Wanderers

Bolton Wanderers - also called The Trotters - is an English football club, playing in the Premier League. So far Bolton Wanderers have still to win the league title, but the have won the FA cup 4 times, most recently in 1958.

Over the last decade Bolton Wanderers has been very successful for a club their size, and have qualified to play in the UEFA Cup twice in the last 3 years, due to impressive finishes in the Premier League. No European trophies has been taken home though.

Bolton Wanderers play their home games at the Reebok Stadium, a modern 28,500 capacity all-seater stadium, and the clubs home ground since 1997.

The club is owned by Eddie Davies, a businessman who is also a lifelong Bolton Wanderers fan.

Bolton Wanderers manager is Gary Megson. His most successful spell as a manager was at West Bromwich Albion in the years 2000-2004. In this period he managed to take the club into the Premiership twice - but at both instances they have been relegated. He now faces the task of taking Bolton Wanderers out of the relegation zone.

Team captain is Kevin Nolan, a skilled and non-compromising midfielder, who has been with the club since the age of 16.
