OK, so by now you should have one large hanging file folder with 5 separate manila file folders inside of each. Now you need to carefully place your hanging file folders in your metal file cabinet or cardboard banker's file box. (You can buy a cardboard banker's box at any local office supply store).

I know the explanation in this little tutorial seems too easy for many of you, and some might even think it's a little too basic. I broke down this report in a simple step-by-step way to make it easy for everyone reading this lens to understand it, regardless of their business knowledge and experience. You have to remember that a lot of people reading this report have never worked in an office or have owned a business their entire life. And what looks very easy and simple for some of us, may be a little bit complicated for others.

OK, let's get back to the training!

Right now you have one of your master files completed and now you're ready to make another one. This time you are going to name the hanging file folder "Income" and label three manila files inside it with the following headings:

A. - Completed and Shipped Orders.
B. - Inquiries and Correspondence.
C. - Open Orders Still Pending.
