Getting enough sleep can help you to boost your metabolism according to experts. Sleep starved people simply don't have the strength to break down food efficiently, particularly carbohydrates.
Due to our busy lifestyles many people can only find time to exercise by borrowing from their rest time.
If you're willing to exercise, and your doctor agrees that it's healthy for you to do that, then you're not going to boost your metabolism by sleeping instead of exercising. It's a question of balance. You need to fit in both.
