• I actually ordered through Bose because I wanted the leather cover and Best Buy's doesn't have them yet. So I opened the box and plugged it in to get the battery to wake up and paired to both my iPhone and iPad. That was amazingly simple. Then the best part, I started to play music. I was exactly what I wanted. Now it is not as loud as the SoundDock which I also have but it sounds amazing.


• I picked this little device up today and so far I'm impressed. The footprint is small and the sound is big! Bluetooth pairing is easy and oh-so convenient. I'm basically using the speaker in my kitchen when home and in the occasional business trip hotel room. I think it's a keeper.


• When I got the Soundlink home and tried it out, I was completely surprised. This little thing sounds amazing! As some other reviewers said, this really does make the Jambox sound like a toy in comparison. It really is quite amazing that something this small and portable produces audio that sounds this good.


• I am writing this about five hours after having received the Bose SoundLink Wireless Speaker. I opened the box, took the speaker out and in 2 minutes paired it with my Toshiba Thrive Tablet. I then played some classical music and said to myself, "Oh my goodness!" The sound of these speakers is amazing. The violins sound clear and distinct. Horns sound undistorted and smooth. The piano sounds like you are in the first row of the concert hall. The bass is at just the right mix with the mid-level and higher sounding instruments. • I don't have a regular stereo system so I don't have a way to hook up various things into a receiver and don't want to run wires all over the house. What can I say? This is the cream of the crop. The only negative comments were some about price, but...if you shop Amazon you will be getting the best price anyway.
