Was Boskop Man Really An Alien?
The Boskops (Homo Capensis) were a group of early humans who lived in southern Africa between 10,000 and 30,000 years ago. They were about our size, 5' - 6', but their skulls were larger and have been described as "melon heads". It is thought they were more intelligent then we are. Could Boskop Man and the grey aliens be one and the same?
About Boskop Man
The first Boskop skull was discovered in 1913 by Frederick FitzSimons, more skulls were later found by other paleontologists. Scientists say the Boskops were similar to us but had small, childlike faces and huge melon heads.
The science writer Loren Eiseley described them in his book "The Immense Journey":
"... ten thousand years ago. The man of the future, with the big brain, the small teeth.... He lived in Africa. His brain was bigger than your brain. His face was straight and small, almost a child's face. When the skull is studied in projection and ratios computed, we find that these fossil South African folk, generally called "Boskop" or "Boskopoids" after the site of first discovery, have the amazing cranium-to-face ratio of almost five to one. In Europeans it is about three to one. This figure is a marked indication of the degree to which face size had been "modernized" and subordinated to brain growth."
Their cranial capacity was 1800 cc., compare that to modern humans who only average 1400 cc.
The authors of the book "Big Brain: The Origins and Future of Human Intelligence" Gary Lynch and Richard Granger speculate:
"Just as we're smarter than apes, they were probably smarter than us."
Robert Broom gives the cranial capacity of the first Boskop skull discovered as 1980 cc:
"The cranial cast as thus restored displaces about 1960 cc. of water. If we add 20 cc. as a corection for the slight crushing of the left side we get for the corrected cranial capacity of the Boskop skull the very remarkable figure of 1980 cc."
("The evidence afforded by the Boskop skull of a new species of primitive man (Homo capensis)", published in 1918 by Robert Broom)

Big Brain: The Origins and Future of Human Intelligence
Book Description
Our big brains, our language ability, and our intelligence make us uniquely human. But barely 10,000 years ago (a mere blip in evolutionary time) human-like creatures called "Boskops" flourished in South Africa. They possessed extraordinary features: forebrains roughly 50% larger than ours, and estimated IQs to match- far surpassing our own. Many of these huge fossil skulls have been discovered over the last century, but most of us have never heard of this scientific marvel.
Prominent neuroscientists Gary Lynch and Richard Granger compare the contents of the Boskop brain and our own brains today, and arrive at startling conclusions about our intelligence and creativity. Connecting cutting-edge theories of genetics, evolution, language, memory, learning, and intelligence, Lynch and Granger show the implications of large brains for a broad array of fields, from the current state of the art in Alzheimer's and other brain disorders, to new advances in brain-based robots that see and converse with us, and the means by which neural prosthetics- replacement parts for the brain-are being designed and tested. The authors demystify the complexities of our brains in this fascinating and accessible book, and give us tantalizing insights into our humanity-its past, and its future.

The Grey Aliens
Could Boskop Man Be The Grey Aliens?
If the Boskops were that more intelligent then us, is it possible they were able to leave this planet and start another civilization elsewhere? Could they be returning "home" to study us? Some believe grey aliens are creating hybrid human/alien babies. If they are our distant ancestors, it would explain why they chose humans to "breed" with.
Or could it be that Boskop Man never was of this planet? Could it be they are aliens who lived here in a colony, and eventually left again? Could they have lived here in a scientific community, studying this planet? Maybe experimenting on early man, experiments some believe that they continue to this day?

- Odd, not a single real anthropologist believes "Boskop Man" had anything like that cranial capacity, nor that wildly exaggerated cranium-to-face ratio. In fact, except for a small fragment of the mandible, the facial bones are ENTIRELY absent.
And if they had some incredible alien technology, where is it? Every human and pre-human species left their junk all over the place. Stone tools, metal tools, grafitti on cave walls, post-hole marks in the dirt where they built their huts. Yet not a single trace of the technology of these "grey aliens"? They picked up every scrap of their technology but left a bunch of corpses around for us to find?

- I believe that the Boskop man was an alien that had a colony here and got what they needed. they probably just do routine check ups on us, and see if we have blown ourselves up yet. If you want to read more about strange and interesting stuff check out my blog -> Nibiru great job on your lens here. I really enjoyed reading.

- Boskops have made news--again--a hundred years after discovery and we are still no wiser. No, not alien. Us. The same ionizing radiation that made bananas --the astounding fruit that has no way to reproduce except by cloning-- produced mutant humans.
These individuals were not able to reproduce or they would be here and we wouldn't be. There is always the possibility of reverse engineering as Mother Nature never throws anything away. For example: Prewalski's horse, extinct and then not. Recreated through selective breeding. Consider the unique individual who was born in Germany; the child with a naturally heavily muscled body. One wonders what is next?
