America's most beloved ballpark is located right near Kenmore Square in Boston, and has served as the official playing grounds for the Boston Red Sox since 1912. Aside from hosting all Red Sox home games, Fenway also is known for bringing major musical artists in year by year. The New England Patriots originally competed at Fenway when they were known as the Boston Patriots. Every Red Sox home game has been sold out since May 15th, 2003. The most exciting upcoming event for the start of 2010 will be the NHL Winter classic, when the Boston Bruins take on the Philadelphia Flyers on January 8th.

Gillette Stadium serves as a multi-purpose stadium. It is mostly known for fielding the New England Patriots and the New England Revolution. The three time Super Bowl champs began playing at Gillette in September of 2002. The Stadium has not only hosted the best football and soccer teams around but also has featured amazing musical artists. The Rolling Stones, U2, Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney, and Billy Joel have all made trips to Gillette (and that list can keep on going).

House Of Blues Boston is located at

Located right across the street from Fenway Park, the House of Blues in Boston features some of the best artists in today's popular music. The venue was created to improve the Lansdowne area, combining the Axis, Avalon, Embassy, and Modern all into one. The concert area will be able to hold 2,500 in addition to three restaurants as a part of the facility. Upcoming acts include, Roger Daltrey, Brand New, Joshua Radin, Rob Zombie, and All Time Low.

Thirty miles south of Boston, the Comcast Center, formerly called Great Woods and the Tweeter Center, has been host to some of the biggest names in rock 'n roll. The Orpheum Theatre was built in 1852 and was previously known as the Boston Music Hall (original home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra). The TD Banknorth Garden first opened in May of 1993 and was named after the historic Boston Garden. Formerly known as the Fleet Center until TD Bank took over as the official sponsor in 2005, the Garden aside from hosting all Bruins and Celtics games feature many other events as well. The Stadium has scheduled Theatre, political and concert events during its 16 years standing. The TD Banknorth Garden hosted the 1999 and 2003 NCAA Division 1 Men's Basketball regional first and second rounds, the 2009 Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight, and the Women's Final Four. It was also the site of the 2004 Democratic Convention.

The Citi Performing Arts Center, formerly the Wang Center for the Performing Arts, is located in Boston and consists of two theatres, the Wang Theatre and the Shubert Theatre. Originally built as a posh movie theater, Boston's Opera House was first opened in 1929. While its underwent a lot of interior refurbishment since then, the Opera House was reopened under new management in 2004 with the Lion King musical and has since been named the permanent home to the holiday ballet the Nutcracker. The Opera House is currently host to many performers and musicals, with Rufus Wainwright, Rodrigo y Gabriela and Wicked set to appear next at the lavish downtown theater.
