    Excellent lens (one correction you misspelled Vajrasattva - it is a v not a u) Are you Buddhist? I didn't know Omega invited Buddhists - thought it was mostly Sufi.

    No, I don't think I've ever met a Tibetan, healer or not. I've watched videos of the Dalai Lama; that's probably as close as I've come.

    Kate, thanks so much for sharing this. I had not read the 12 steps for healing meditation before. I am bound now to include them in my visual meditations! Speaking of which, the water meditation is beautiful! I wish I could understand what she is saying, but no matter, I am sure it is absorbing in my subconcious! Great lens, one of my favs by you! 5*!
