Review of the Bowflex PR1000
Before you spend you hard earned money...
This bowflex is just what I was looking for. I have type 2 diabetes and the pr1000 give me the exercise to help control my blood sugar levels.

Took a little over an hour to assemble, and all the parts were there. My wife and I use it everyday. I am very happy with the variety of exercises that can be done, and you can get many more if your a little creative. One note though, there is a small plastic sticky-backed cable holder that goes on the back of the vertical assembly that is designed to hold the top cables out of the way. It came lose after just a week. I used some Gorilla glue on it and still holding after three weeks. If your on a budget (who isn't) and don't like gyms, this is the way to go!!!

My husband set this gym thing up in the garage for a morning workout. He loves it. He was surprised it actually stood up to the hype in the video we reviewed before the purchase. Very, Very pleased.
