Finally, I'm motivated to work out! I make excuses for my lack of exercise. I hate it. This machine has given me huge motivation to use because it is sturdy, easy to operate and it is inviting. I especially like that when you lift the walking part, it lowers using hydraulic power, I don't have to be strong to move it around. We live in the North, so getting exercise in the winter is imperative for our best health. All of my family are beginning to use this product. It was well worth the money.

Great Treadmill with Great Customer Service I did quite a bit of research on this treadmill before purchasing it and my only concern was the multitude of comments regarding poor customer service. I decided to buy the treamill anyway and hope nothing went wrong. The treadmill worked great until I moved and my movers man-handled it a bit. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, so I finally broke down and called customer service. Turns out my movers managed to get a hold of a couple of wires in the back when they moved it and ripped the wires out. Unfortunately, it took a few phone calls to diagnose the issue since we were trying to avoid opening up the console if it wasn't necessary. I found the customer service team at Nautilus (this is who handles this treadmill) to be incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. I was not only satisfied with the service, but I was blown away by how great it was. In one instance, the service tech didn't know where my afflicted wire went exactly, so she asked a colleague and within minutes, we both had instructive pictures detailing what needed to be done. The treadmill itself is fantastic and sturdy. Love it. I'm also now a huge fan of the Nautilus customer service team. If you have an issue, they will help find a solution.

I love it!! I am totally in love with this treadmill!

Pros:

- It is nice and sturdy.

- It has quite a few features and places to put a bottle, the stereo remote, etc. on it.

- It does the raised incline.

- It's easy to operate, even for people who, like me, don't bother to read manuals.

- It feels like a professional machine you would use at the gym.

- It's in my den, not at a gym full of people! :)

- It's cheaper than the fancier models, but unless you're a professional athlete, you don't need the additional features to begin with. I felt like it was a great deal for the price!

- It folds for easier storage if you have space issues.

Cons:

- It is very heavy. Make sure you set it up where you want it to stay, forever! Especially if you are setting it up in a room that has carpet on the floor. I was able to move it by myself, but I have tile on the floor of that room, and it was TOUGH!

All things considered, I think it's a great deal for the price. I had been to a store and noticed that the machines that were a few thousand dollars were way nicer and sturdier than the ones in this price range. This machine did not disappoint me at all, it felt like the ones I saw selling from 2,000 and up.
