Why The Bowflex PR3000 Home Gym?
So what makes the Bowflex Pr3000 home gym special?
There are actually a lot of things but I think one of the most important is that you can actually do over 50 different exercises on your one piece of equipment without (and this is big) spending forever switching out all of the zillion different attachments that are needed to do the exercises like with some of the other home gym systems.
Another really good thing about the Bowflex Pr3000 is that it is actually better on your joints and body then it is to actually lift free weights. This is really nice because even if you are a youngen, it is never to soon to make sure you are not doing undue harm to your body that you will suffer for as you get older.
