Get Results, Fast !

It's no secret that the
Bowflex Treadclimber
is outperforming all other fitness equipment in its category. Along with a healthy eating plan, my treadclimber was the tool that made the difference.

Imagine a machine that combines the workout benefits of a treadmill, stair climber and elliptical trainer all in one. Moving belts let you walk forward like a treadmill. Unlike a treadmill, there are two independent "Dual-Treadles," so you also STEP UP like a stairclimber. Combine these two actions and you get an extremely intense workout with the smooth, LOW-IMPACT motion of an elliptical. Yet unlike an elliptical, these unique "Dual-Treadles" adapt to your natural stride, instead of forcing your feet into an awkward, preset pattern.

The fully integrated electronic dashboard allows you to monitor every aspect of your workout including calories burned and heart rate so you can stay in you target zone. While you can tailor the intensity level of your workouts on the console, there are no built in workouts and I think that would really have made this treadmill perfect.

The Bowflex Treadclimber
is designed to help you get results fast. If you can walk and commit to at least 30 minutes a day three days a week, you will get an amazing workout and reach your goals faster than you imagined.

You Must Exercise To Lose Weight!

Trying to lose weight is a battle millions of us struggle with every day. It has become an obsession for me to be thin and healthy for once in my life. But it was only within this past year that I really understood that if I wanted to see results, I was going to have to get my butt moving and start exercising.

It started for me with walking and really took off from there. I admit it was a slow start, and I really had to push myself in the beginning. And believe me it was some push, I started with 100+ pounds to lose. But what I found was on the days I made the effort to walk, I also made better food choices. After a time I started to look forward to my walks. Never would have thought that could happen to me, but it did and I was losing weight and feeling great. Even though I work out on my Bowflex Treadclimber 3-4 times a week, I still walk outside when the weather permits and I have incorporated other workouts on the days I don't use my fitness machine.

So, my suggestion for those who want to lose weight and get fit, start walking. Want to take action now, try my FREE walking challenge, and start seeing results immediately. Follow the same steps I did to lose weight and melt that belly fat. The belly has always been my biggest problem and these walking workouts have helped melt my belly fat and lose weight. No equipment needed, just a good pair of walking shoes so you can get started right now.

Why You Need To Exercise!

Why You Need To Exercise!

You may not know that losing weight is not the only benefit of exercise. A regular fitness routine has many positive health benefits. Vigorous cardio exercises for example help to strength the heart making it healthier and more efficient. Even a more moderate cardio activity can improve HDL ("good") cholesterol, aid the circulatory system, lower blood pressure and blood fats.

Regular exercise can reduce the risks of stroke, heart attack and heart disease. And research has shown regular exercise can actually have mental-health benefits such as stress and anxiety relief because while exercising the body may produce endorphins which make us feel good. Research also tells us that exercise can increase overall energy and help us to sleep better.

Eating for Weight Loss

In addition to exercise you need to eat healthy to lose weight. The weight loss program you follow is not nearly as important as actually following a program designed for weight loss. Most diets will work if you follow them. If you are not sure about what kind of weight loss program you should try or if don't know what some of the popular diets are, you may want to visit eDiets.com
At no cost they will recommend a diet that is suited to your preferences based on your answers to some questions.

I really don't advocate those weight loss plans that have you doing funky stuff like eating cabbage soup for a week or eat anything you want today but eat nothing tomorrow. What you want is a healthy eating program that is designed to teach you about portion size and includes lean meats, fresh vegetables, fruits and grains. A well a balanced way of eating that makes sense. You want to learn how to make good choices when you go out, you want recipes that are simple and tasty. You get the point.

Stay away from processed foods and white carbs. Try new recipes to keep things interesting. Have healthy snacks at the ready so when you get the munchies you have a good choice on hand. I make a habit of keeping a granola bar in my car so I am not tempted to hit the drive through. Another little trick that works for me is chewing gum when I cook. I am a taster and love to sample everything, but if I have gum in my mouth it solves my problem. You can also try brushing your teeth if you feel tempted to eat something you shouldn't, most things don't taste so good right after you brush your teeth.

Don't talk yourself out of exercise!

In a study published in the Psychology of Sport and Exercise researchers found that successful exercisers keep themselves moving by simply doing their fitness routine rather than relying on self-talk to pump themselves up for a workout. Once you make it a habit of engaging in an internal dialogue, you are likely to talk yourself out of exercising. Bottom line, just make the commitment and a schedule to workout and stick to it. Accept No Excuses!

Experts recommend that you take part in 20 to 30 minutes of aerobic activity at least 3 times each week, as well as some form of muscle training and stretching, twice each week. However, if you are unable to do this level of exercise, you can still gain significant health benefits by doing some form of physical activity for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

Congrats on your weight loss! And yes, you're right exercise is a critical element to success. Weight loss shakes can help jump start things or get you off a plateau as well. It's unfortunate how sedentary we've become as a people.

The bowflex TC 5000 is a terrible machine. You should not be recommending it. Mine has spent more time broken than fixed. My husband is an electrical engineer and has had the machine completely apart 3 different times. We have finally given up. Bowflex technical support is a joke. How much did they pay you to recommend it??
