Bowling Games

I've created this lens to share my passion to others... Bowling Games! As an avid bowler, I enjoy hitting the lanes every weekend. But when I'm not out and about, I love playing bowling games on my computer. If you're interested in knowing which games are the best, you can follow my recommendations since I've played nearly all of them.

My Bowling Game Recommendations

Handpicked Bowling Games For Maximum Fun

I've been an avid bowler (real life) for many years and I guess it's only been natural that I enjoy playing bowling games on my computer. Hopefully, if you've read this far, you too share this passion for bowling and gaming like I do.

So with this page I'm going to share my recommendations in hopes you'll have fun with a few of these games.

My first recommendation is a game called Polar Bowler. This is not your typical bowling game though. Basically you bowl a big white polar bear on ice and crash him into stuff. I know it probably sounds a bit weird, but trust me, this is an awesome game.

My second recommendation is a game called Elf Bowling. Now they make all kinds of different versions of this game, and quite honestly, I don't even remember which on is the one I play. But I've played them all and they all are really good.

Thirdly, Concrete Bowling is a game that is very realistic and more inline with actual bowling. I can tell that I'm better at this game than others because I actually am an avid bowler in real life. I think it helps in this game to have some real life experience at the lanes.

I'll be sure to keep updating this page with my recommendations and maybe even some playing tips for a few of these games. Below is a list of websites you can use to download these games and get started:

Also the above website has free bowling software if anyone here is in a league or starting a league and wants to manage the rosters, scores, etc. I've found the resource to be helpful.

I think one thing that makes one bowling game better than another is multiplayer ability. I don't know about you, but I generally only want to play real competition. The computer is fun for about an hour, but then you just want to compete against a human. There are plenty of bowling games these days for the computer that will let you connect with other players online and it will track your scores and give you a global ranking. What I've always thought was funny was that most people I talk to on the bowling game servers don't ever bowl in real life. Obviously they know the techniques to throw strikes, since they use them in the game. But I guess comfort in the computer chair trumps all!
