When the Bowtrol arrived I followed the instructions plus I added 3 heaping teaspoons of my fiber into a glass of juice, stirred it up and, voila, the finest colon cleansing formula I have ever used at the best price! Since that time I have guided all my friends and many strangers, like you, through the process. I have so many testimonies. If you are constipated you will become regular. If you are regular the cleanse will improve your health. I use Bowtrol for 3 months and then take only psylium husk fiber for 3 months and then add the Bowtrol for the next 3 months and so on...
