Braille Brizzy
Last year's debate was Hip Hop is dead. It may be dead because of the abuse it took from commercialism but in 2008 real Hip Hop has been ressurrected and used to glorify God. Those who have accepted Christ into their life can peep the similarity between us and Hip Hop. Before Christ, we were ran down with abuse from our relationships, our jobs, sexual immorality and every other care in the world. As with Hip Hop, it has also been beaten up by the mainstream, sexual immorality, idolization, greed and every other thing that has corrupted the foundation from which it was created on.
When I say Hip Hop has been ressurrected in 2008 to glorify God, I think of emcees such as Braille who keeps his music funky and worships Christ all in the same song. On his album, Kingdom Come, Jay-Z states that he's "Not only NYC but he's Hip Hop's savior..." Personaly, I think that title should go to everyone representing Christ on the mic such as my man Braille Brizzy.

Light headed: pure thoughts
underground hip hop, nice jazzy feel with that raw lyrical skill you've come to expect from these cats. Super hot album and a must have for any hip hop fan
