Don't Do What I Did and Try to Collect Random Brain Exercises to Boost Productivity. Do it Right and Follow an Established Brain Fitness Program

Well, OK...I guess I am not ashamed to admit that it had taken me years to learn how to improve my focus! There is no point in my complaining because I have made great progress in my brain fitness.

The reason I wasted so many years was because I always thought I would just stumble upon the secret that would let me improve my ability to learn, my memory, my focus and my concentration. I always found these topics interesting and would read any magazine article on the subject.

But, when it came down to effectiveness, these freebie exercises were not doing the trick. The only way I found to truly improve my brain function and productivity was to follow a brain fitness program and do the exercises specifically laid out to cure my problem. No "pie-in-the-sky" promises, just good old brain training exercises.

Why did it work? Because these exercises addressed the root of my problem.

Visit TheFitBrain.com for the right exercises to improve your brain fitness. I wish I would have followed them years earlier.

Brain Fitness? Just Give Me a Simple Program to Fix My Problem!

Why does it seem so hard to find a solution to my lack of focus?

Do I really need to improve the fitness of your brain? Isn't there a simple solution...a switch that can be flipped to help me be more focused and get more done?

This was the frustrating state of thinking I used to live in constantly. The fact is that anyone can become highly productive and have a great memory. The problem is that you are a creature of habit and over the years you have picked up some bad habits; because these habits are so ingrained, you don't even notice them!

It will help if you think of your brain like a muscle. Muscles need to be developed so you become stronger and your brain is no different. This is why you can't simply read a magazine article on how to improve your memory and hope to have a better memory. Brain fitness requires doing simple exercises designed specifically for memory, focus and concentration.

How Does a Brain Fitness Program Help?

Did you know that the average person only uses a Fraction of their full brain potential?

It's true, your brain (and everyone's brain for that matter) is comprised of billions of brain cells, it is more complex than any super computer could ever be. Yet the average person uses only a small amount of the full capacity of their brain.

Why is the average brain under-utilized?

Because people become complacent. They feel that at a certain point they cannot learn any more and figure that they are either smart or dumb; productive or procrastinators; focused or flighty.

Your first requirement to improve your brain function is to have a desire to do so. You need to be a person that strives to know more and achieve more. With this ambition, the only thing missing is a tool that will help you push past any perceived limits.

This is what a clinically proven Brain Fitness Program can do for you. With the right program you learn the direct course to boost your cognitive performance and the result is a dramatic improvement to your life.

Here is How I Used a Brain Fitness Program to Go From a Wandering Mind to a Focused Mind

I had a rude awakening when I left college and first entered the working world. I was always able to get good grades but I had to work at them. This was mainly because I was a terrible reader. I didn't have any diagnosed problem with reading but I did have a huge problem with comprehension.

I would read a paragraph 3 or more times before I would get what it meant. In college I told myself that this was a way of solidly putting the information into my brain and thought it wasn't a problem how long it took me to do my work as long as the grade was good.

When I went into my first job I realized that efficiency equals pay and I was swimming in work, barely able to keep my head above water. I found myself trying to cut corners to speed up and this got me even deeper in a hole.

Seminars on job performance didn't help. A course on communication didn't help ( but did cost me $1,200 out of my own pocket), and countless, time management, personal power and even a speed reading course did not may a budge in my productivity.

It wasn't until I realized that I needed to practice the habits I wanted and I got a Brain Fitness Program that allowed me to work at my own pace and concentrate on areas (like focus) that were my weak points that I was able to start seeing progress.

It was not an overnight success but I quickly learned what was at the root of my problem and this gave me the understanding and the motivation to fix my problems which lead to much more productivity.

I went from literally 12 hour days - taking home work every night and on weekends - to working my 8 hours and then being able to leave the office, both mentally and physically so I could focus on my family.

If you are feeling swamped by your work load, then check out this Brain Fitness Program to get exercises that will help.
