hi can anyone help please ? I was able to buy from a thrift shop a brainwave entrainment machine. it is called the galaxy light and sound machine(voyager)
the net version of this machine has about 30 or more pre programmed settings.
this one is only about 11 or less. problem is the gadget didnt come with the manual so i think it is a version lower than in the net.(internet)
now the machine works but i wouldnt know preprogram to use and the title.
    please help

Been experimenting with brainwave entranement during my workouts results are inconclusive so far but there is definitely some value to them even if its just a placebo effect.

So glad to see this lens. I do stress management with a computer software program that is a form of biofeedback. It works with the principles you've described, and it's a shame more people aren't aware of these concepts. Good luck getting the word out - nice lens!

My son tried it for the first time last night and woke up energized! He - and you - are getting me interested in this. Thanks for the informative lens.

Me and a couple of my friend have been using brainwave entrainment audios for some time. They are really great for relaxation -- fast and effective. This lens is a good source of useful information. Thank you.

I really enjoyed this lens. I think that sound is very important and this sounds very useful. I personally believe that learning mindfulness or meditaiotn is more applicable to teh rest of peopel's lives adn helps wpeople with self regulation.

For many years I tried brainsync cds to beat my chronic insomnia. They worked.
Now I am running this website:

http://www.mentalllion.com where anyone can try this technology.

I have actually tried Kelly Howell's brainsync cds and they are very relaxing, especially the Universal Mind Meditations. They do work, but in my experience only for a short period of time
