    Great lens, thanks for the tip. For me meditation is the best way, but I know there are many others out there as well.

    You are right reading is a great brain booster. Its been said that ur former Prime Minister Dr. Mahathir reads reads minimum two books in a month. I think that is why when he gives speeches he seldoms looks at notes or screen.
