What is "Brainwave Entrainment"?

The answer isn't as complicated as you might think.

To put it in simple words: Brainwave Entrainment is simply what happens when the "brainwaves" inside your skull match up to the audio waves of a CD or MP3 file.

All brainwave entrainment CDs contain very precise audio "beats" (such as binaural beats).

If these beats pulse at just the right speed, your brainwaves will be forced to match up. This is a great way to attain deep meditation, for example, since slow brainwaves are a sign of deep meditation.

If you're confused, then just imagine what happens to womens' menstrual cycles when they're all living together. They have their periods at the same time! That's because their "cycles" are trying to match one another; their menstrual cycles are being "entrained"!

Cons:
1. The "intro" product is about $200, but with intermediate and advanced products you may end up spending $2,000 by the end of the year.
2. Some experience emotional upheaval, and others have argued that Holosync is dangerous although this has never been confirmed.
