Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery

Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery in Branson, MO

Located next to Table Rock Dam, over a million trout per year are produced in this fish hatchery, also a great family stop.
A popular attraction for nature lovers, this park and hatchery covers over 200 acres and includes a Conservation Center, four hiking trails, lake-side activities such as trout fishing, and more. Located next to Lake Taneycomo, the facilities offer tours that come highly recommended and will show visitors the trout production processes, including incubation, tank maintenance, raising and spawning ponds. Visitors can hand-feed the hungry fish and enjoy the outdoors in the meantime.

At the Conservation Center, any kind of information one could hope for is available. A quarter of a million people a year come here to enjoy the unique experiences and the beautiful park. Visit the Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery. 250,000 people couldn't be wrong!

Grand Village Shops

This is Kerri's favorite shopping area in Branson. Her favorite store is Mulberry Mill located in the Grand Village Shops.

The Grand Village was built in 1993 by Silver Dollar City after they completed the Grand Palace Theater to offer their guests a unique shopping and eating experience. It was designed with the look of old town Charleston, South Carolina. There are brick walkways lined with beautiful flower beds, fountains, and feeders for the native birds. Colorful buildings and unusual architecture encompass the full spectrum of this exciting shopping venue. In 2005 Silver Dollar City sold the Grand Village. Now more than ever 26 individually owned shops and 2 delightful eating venues strive to make your visit a wonderfully relaxing and uniquely interesting shopping adventure
