Using Your Heart Rate Monitor Bra

Once your properly attired and ready to begin your exercise session - with your Heart Rate Monitor Bra you can exercise knowing that you're going to achieve the maximum benefit from the session.Begin with a 5-10 minute warm up, gradually stepping up the pace until you have achieved your Target Heart Rate. Don't skip this step and don't cut it too short. You want your muscles nice and loose and warmed up for the more strenuous, aerobic portion of your session.
