Peanut Butter & Banana Shake

Simple, natural taste pleasure

1 Cup milk
1 Banana
1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
4 Ice cubes

Blend and enjoy!

The Any-flavor Kool Aid Shake... OH YYYEAAAH!

Your favourite Kool Aid flavor as a high protein shake

1 Cup milk
1 Scoop nutritional vanilla powder
4 ice cubes
1 Pack single-serving, unsweetened Kool Aid mix

This is a super easy, delicious, and thrift way of making a flavored breakfast shake. There are many different flavors to choose from, so enjoy!

Easy Frappuccino

1 Cup milk
1 Tablespoon instant coffee powder
1 Scoop vanilla nutritional powder
4 Ice cubs

Eat your heart out, Starbucks.

1 Cup milk
1 Scoop vanilla nutritional powder
1 Table spoon cocoa powder
5 Ice cubes

Blend this for a little longer than the other shakes. The more air bubbles, the better.

Avocado Delight

Green goodness

1 Cup milk
1 Avocado, peeled and pitted
1 Tablespoon honey or sweetener
4 Ice cubes

Reeses Pieces Peanut Butter Shake

1 Cup milk
1 Scoop of vanilla nutritional powder
1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
4 Ice cubes

Think of orange, yellow, and brown Reeses Pieces, close your eyes, and then take a sip. The only difference is that this is good for you!

Chocolate Raspberry Shake

1 Cup milk
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons raspberry jam
4 Ice cubes

Sip in the flavonoids.
