Breakfast shakes are a nutritious and convenient way to get your morning energy. The basic components of all shakes are protein, carbohydrate, and liquid. You need all of these after fasting all night.
Great shakes are consist of only a few ingredients. If you can taste the individual components, then it's a hit!
Peanut Butter & Banana Shake
Simple, natural taste pleasure
1 Cup milk1 Banana
1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
4 Ice cubes
Blend and enjoy!
The Any-flavor Kool Aid Shake... OH YYYEAAAH!
Your favourite Kool Aid flavor as a high protein shake
1 Cup milk1 Scoop nutritional vanilla powder
4 ice cubes
1 Pack single-serving, unsweetened Kool Aid mix
This is a super easy, delicious, and thrift way of making a flavored breakfast shake. There are many different flavors to choose from, so enjoy!
Easy Frappuccino
1 Cup milk1 Tablespoon instant coffee powder
1 Scoop vanilla nutritional powder
4 Ice cubs
Eat your heart out, Starbucks.
Chocolate Malt Shake
1 Cup milk1 Scoop vanilla nutritional powder
1 Table spoon cocoa powder
5 Ice cubes
Blend this for a little longer than the other shakes. The more air bubbles, the better.
Avocado Delight
Green goodness
1 Cup milk1 Avocado, peeled and pitted
1 Tablespoon honey or sweetener
4 Ice cubes

Reeses Pieces Peanut Butter Shake
1 Cup milk1 Scoop of vanilla nutritional powder
1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
4 Ice cubes
Think of orange, yellow, and brown Reeses Pieces, close your eyes, and then take a sip. The only difference is that this is good for you!
Chocolate Raspberry Shake
1 Cup milk1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons raspberry jam
4 Ice cubes
Sip in the flavonoids.
Peanut Butter and Jam Sandwich Shake
1 Cup milk1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
2 Tablespoons strawberry or raspberry jam
4 Ice cubes
Blend. You won't want to trade this for your buddy's pudding.
Berry Vanilla Shake
1 Cup milk1 Cup frozen berries
1 Scoop vanilla nutritional powder
This one is filled with vitamins and anti-oxidants.
Chocolate Orange Shake
1 Cup milk1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1 Orange, peeled
4 Ice cubes
You don't even have to whack this.
