My Journey Through Breast Cancer

I am a breast cancer survivor. My journey through breast cancer started before I realized it. I had a lump in my left breast, and I knew it was there, but had ignored it for a long while. By the time I was diagnosed with it, the lump took up almost half of my breast.

Let this be a lesson to others...if you feel a lump in your breast, get it checked out! Most of the time it is nothing, but if there is something there, you do want to know and get it taken care of. This goes for men as well as women. Yes, men can get breast cancer too...it's not just a woman's disease!

If I have learned anything through this whole experience, it is I need to take care of myself and my health. I am now working on dropping off some excess poundage with the help of natural herbs. It is working... I have lost about 6 pounds ( without exercising, I might say). If anyone is interested in either losing weight, or just taking care of yourself with natural vitamins, check out my website: www.herbal-nutrition.net/members/healthyfreedomforu

I will be using several pages to cover my story, as it is truly a journey and is too long for one page. The next page will be aboutmy pre diagnosis and diagnosis..
