Brendan Fraser: Where He's On the Screen in 2009
Following up on a big year in 2008, Fraser isn't hitting the screen with quite the same splash this year.Inkheart - January
Mo has the special talent to bring characters out of books. One night he brings out three characters from Inkheart, a story set in medieval times and filled with magical beings. Capricorn and Basta, two villains, and Dustfinger, a fire-eater. Now, 10 years later Meggie discovers the truth and it's up to her to escape Capricorn's evil grasp. Based on the book by Cornelia Funke and co-starring Paul Bettany and Helen Mirren.
G.I. Joe - Aug. 7
Tiny uncredited role. So keep your eyes peeled.
Crowley
A drama centered on the efforts of John and Aileen Crowley to find a researcher who might have a cure for their two children's rare genetic disorder. Brendan plays John, Keri Russel his wife Aileen, and Harrison Ford the doctor they turn to for help.
(I'm getting conflicting dates that say this one might be pushed back to 2010.)

I have seen "George of the Jungle" at least 50 times and I watch any of "The Mummy" movies everytime they come on, but my fave will always be "Blast From The Past".

Karine Turcot says:
I thought he was the big serious guy but I discovered a cool guy on the movie Journey in the center of the earth. In the bonus features he was absolutly funny, he made me laugh all the way. I like him a lot and I hope that he never changes. (Je suis québecoise et je le trouve fantastique, et très humain, et je le vois comme un père merveilleux avec ses enfants) Bravo Brandon et merci de nous faire rire, et garde ce joli sourire.

No way! Broody Brendan is much sexier!
GypsyPirate says:
Well, even though there were some comedic moments, I don't think The Mummy was a comedy, and that is my favorite role for him. I'll vote 'broody'.

I loved Brendan Fraser in Journey to the Center of the Earth and Inkheart. Both are great kids movies, but Inkheart was a little too scary for our youngest child. 5* on the lens!
