Brett Favre Is a Diva not a Legend

Brett Favre is a Diva, Prima Donna, an attention getter, a baby! What ever words you want to call him, he is no legend. A legend is not a person who sucks everyone in time and time again to believe that he is retiring. August 18, 2009, Favre signs on with the Minnesota Vikings, days after announcing his official retirement again.

How many times has he said that he was retired?

To return again as a hero after missing many practice days of training camp in my eyes is not a hero. Oh sure, he had some minor surgery. History shows he is not one for training camp.

Favre signed on with a full $12 million guaranteed once he is officially on the Week 1 roster. He will make $13 million if he plays in 2010. That is $25 million for the two year contract. In my opinion he is one of the biggest babies in the NFL. All he wants is to be in the spot light and to hold out for the bling.

His fans are blinded in believing that he was and still is one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. How can you say that he is a Hall of Famer with the most fumbles, interceptions and most stupid plays in the NFL?

It was the media that made him a legend. Brett Favre's greatest plays at the beginning were pure luck. If there is anything that he is the greatest about, Favre is the biggest cry baby in the NFL.

I would rather eat the moldy food in my refrigerator, then worship him as a legend.

After Brett's announcement of signing on with the Minnesota Vikings, the No. 4 Viking's jersey was selling off the shelves. Are these people stupid? Don't they know he will let them down? He is not the quarterback the media has built up in his prime. In fact, his record of today is even more less than impressive.

I pay very little attention to football in general, but someone needs to stand up to Brett Farve and tell him to knock it off. At this point in history, he looks like a spoiled brat and that's most certainly what he will be remembered for, instead of his football career.
