Tour Your Local Brewery!
Brewery Tours are a great way to spend an afternoon. First of all, you might actually learn something - but they are usually FREE and you'll probably get some free samples.
If you visit or live on the East Coast, stop by the Flying Dog Brewery in Frederick, MD. Wild Goose gives a tour of their brewery every Saturday at 1PM.
The average American lives within 10 miles of a brewery, so get out there and take a tour. Or, take a road trip and tour a brewery.
