Stop CPS from legally kidnapping our kids
Please help us and others like us from having CPS takeing our children injustly for the wrong reason. They do not like to have the parents investigate on their own and find out the laws and grounds for removeal. When you do this they make your life even more of a hell whole after takeing your children.
CPS is taking kids from loving homes
Took my Angels and I done nothing wrong
On aug. 8th i went to BMT, TX to pick up my children after i sent them down there when my ex-husband was arrested for holding us at gun point for 24hours and my daughter told the police that he had be sexually abusing her. My daughter informed me of this on the 4th of Aug. I sent my children to a friends house and confronted my ex. my kids came to the house to get something to play with and that is when all hell broke loose. My daughter and son told the case workers that i was a good mommy and that i did nothing wrong why are they taking them from me. My daughter and son had to be pulled out of my arms. they went to a family friends for three days then they said it was to close to the sceen and they came and took them from there after they told me they were coming to see my house and get me to sign some papers. they never showed up they just came and took the kids. i got the call from the babysitter. I went nuts. i have done everything they have asked me to and then some. they keep misplacing important papers and paper work. trying to say they never got it. when this happened once before i started to document everything and from them and all calls to them and what was said as well. they did not like that at all but i really dont care what they like they stole my children. they have told my daughter that she will stay in theropy and in there care till she blames me and her bio father for what happened to her that we did not stop my ex from doing this to her. my son and daughter both still are and have been brain washed by CPS and their CPS Theropist to this day. Now they are wanting me and the father to terminate our rights willingly with out a fight and still be able to see them or if we fight them they say they wilol make our life pure hell and loose even more paper work that is in the case files, and we will never see the kids again. My daughter is with my cousin and my son is locked up in a group home and they have him all doped up on all kids of meds. I told them that my kids want to come home and they are tring to say they do not that they are scared. my children have never been scared of me a day in their life. my son says and does what is told to him and what to do. my daugher will say what she has to to get people to leave her alone. they are brain washing the kids. and putting stuff in there heads as well saying that we do not care enough about them and have not done what we are suppose to do. when we have done everything and then some. the pictur Read Feedback

- THEY TOOK MY THREE IN 2000 I GOT MY DAUGHTER BACK BUT THEY KEPT MY TWIN BOYS.THEY CLOSEDMY DAUGHTERS CASE IN 2002.THEY REOPENED MY CASE 6MONTHS LATER,THEY SAID SOMEONE HAD BEATEN HER UP WITH NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE THEY STILL KEPT THE CASE OPEN.THEY WENT FROM A FAMILY FRIEND TO HER BROTHER TO HER DAD.I WENT TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF CPS AND CONSULTED AN ATTORNEY FOR A LAWSUIT BECAUSE HER DAD WAS REMOVED FROM THE HOME HE HAD NEVER BEEN IN JAIL FOR ANY SEXUAL MOLESTATOIN BUT THEY PUT US THROUGH THE RINGER.WE GOT THE CASE CLOSED A YEAR AGO.THEY JUST INVESTGATED AGAIN AN ALLEGATION I HIT MY TWO YEAR OLD IN THE HEAD AND MY HOUSE WAS UNSANITARY.I AM IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING DO TO SECTION 8.THEY TOOK MY KIDS FOR ONE NIGHT THEY HAD TO RETURN THEM HOME THE NEXT DAY.I THINK IT IS WRONG WITHOUT A COURT ORDER.THEY SHOULD INVESTIGATE THE TRUTH MORE THOUROLY INSTEAD OF BELEIVING OTHRE PEOPLES LIES.

- i am sorry to hear this. I know this has happened to poeple I know in New York and it is happening everywhere. Yes It brought tears to my eyes. Our kids are our lives. They take kids from their parents for the wrong reason and when there are parents out there that do abuse there kids they don't.
