The Ultimate Superfood, Broccoli!

As far as your health goes, you can't do much better than eating a big bowl of delicious broccoli. I know, there are many of you out there who'll say you don't like the taste, but it can be delicious if prepared properly. My goal is to help you understand the health benefits as well as develop an appreciation of this "wonder food". If after reading everything I've written and you STILL don't want to eat your broccoli, you can always take a broccoli supplement that will give you the health benefits without the taste.
