Brooks Robinson is the Hall of Fame Third Baseman for the Baltimore Orioles. He played a total of 23 seasons with the Baltimore Orioles, and was named the American League Most Valuable Player (MVP) after the 1964 season.
Brooks Robinson is regarded as the greatest fielding third baseman of his generation. He won 16 gold glove awards during his career, and was nicknamed "The Human Vacuum Cleaner" for his ability to snatch up any ball that came his way.
Brooks Robinson continued his affiliation with the Baltimore Orioles after his career ended in 1977. He was a TV commentator for the Baltimore Orioles for many years during the 1980's.
