Brother Bear Movie

Brother Bear is a 2003 American traditionally animated feature produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and released by Walt Disney Pictures, the 43rd animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics.

In the film, an Inuit boy pursues a bear in revenge for a battle that he provoked in which his oldest brother is killed. He tracks down the bear and kills it, but the Spirits, angered by this needless death, change the boy into a bear himself as punishment. Wikipedia

What Would You Do When You've Done Something Bad?

Kenai felt very awful when he finally learned that he had done something that was very, very bad. He had killed Koda's mother needlessly, just because he thought the mother bear had attacked and killed his older brother; something it actually did not do!

When Kenai heard Koda's story about the 'monster' who had killed his mother, he felt very guilty, ashamed, and lost. He didn't know what to say, or do. He just ran as far as he could, trying to hide the guilt in his heart. But Kenai had no place to go, no where to hide his mistake. It got worse when Koda finally realized and understood about Kenai's guilt. Kenai felt like he was standing in the dark place with no way out. Not until Koda forgave what he had done and made him a brother again.

It's All About Love, And A Little Courage

Brother Bear movie is all about love, between brothers, and a little courage needed to change the future. Had Koda never been brave to admit his mistake and asked Koda to forgive him, he would forever live in his guilt. That's why I love Brother Bear movie for, it teaches me once again just how strong a family love is.
