- Great review and information on the Brother SE400 sewing machine. I would love to have on of these machines. Actually, currently without, so would love any sewing machine.

- I have two brother sewing machines. One is a Brother 4000D upgraded to 4500D and the other is a SE-270D. One only stitches a 4 x 4 area, and the other stitches up to 8x10. I find that I use the SE270D for more daily work. It is easy and very portable. For anyone starting out the smaller is best. Get what you can afford, then work your way up. Nice lens.

- This is great, I now know what to start begging for for christmas! I love embroidery, sewing, crocheting and what not. It's a great hobby.
