Best Brown Leather Handbag

Beside collecting shoes, I also love to buy handbag and brown is my favorite color. Yes, brown is elegant color when you talk about handbag. Frankly I got many handbag as gift, from my birthday or Christmas present. Of course I also bought myself. This list is personal taste of beautiful brown leather handbag.

Unfortunately the picture isn't show brown color exactly as seen because on each handbag available in various color, you must click the picture first and choose brown color. I love this tote! It is exactly the right size and shape for carrying newspapers, snacks, and all my other miscellaneous stuff back and forth to the office. The leather is beautiful, very soft. This is a well-made item that should last a long time. I'm so glad I found it and would highly recommend it.

Love, Love, LOVE this bag!! So much that I bought it in red, too. Worth every penny! Exactly as stated; soft leather, wipes clean; the single strap doesn't fall off my shoulder. I tie different color/patterned scarves to the ring on the strap depending on what I wear or my mood for that little extra.

This is the second time I've purchased this purse. First time was a black one and this time was a plumb color that is gorgeous. When I found this purse the first time, I knew it was a lifetime selection, and I would make sure I had a back-up one in case one wore out.

It holds everything important I want to be with me. The zipper goes all the way down both sides -- so it is wide open and you never have to dig around to find anything.

It is easy to carry, easy to sit down - never falls over, and I love the colors. I will probably order another one in a different color.

Organizer Handbag Color: Café / Dark Brown

I am a busy, working mom of two young kids and no time to dig around the bottom of my purse for keys to unlock the car/front door or search for my cell phone in an abyss of purse items. After losing a persciption for my daughter's medicine due to it falling out of my old, single compartment(nonclosure)purse, I decided it was time to find a purse to help me get it together. I searched Amazon for hours looking for an attractive style and reading others' reviews for a durable, functional, and affordable purse that would help me keep my essentials (phone, credit cards, keys, etc.) organized and easily accessible.

This is the purse! It's almost as if this purse was designed to function inside out. There is an outer cell phone pocket that is kept safe with a velcro, flap closure. There is also an outer pocket that functions as a wallet to hold credit cards and a zippered change compartment. The pocket expands wide enough to hold important notes/receipts and tall enough to stash a pen. The need for a separate wallet is eliminated. The other side of the purse has an outside, zippered pocket where I can hold my keys and my work ID attached to a lanyard. I rarely have to open the main compartment of the purse but there is a zippered inside pocket where I store my lip moisturizer, mini bottle of hand sanitizer, and travel packet of tissues. The main compartment easily holds my larger items: digital camera, sunglasses, Flip video camera, etc.

Basically, I can find whatever I need instantly without needing to actually look inside (or outside) of this purse. It is not big or bulky (actually it's pretty slim), just designed to function well!

I have this pocketbook in several clors and I must say it wears well!....It has the look of genuine leather and also the texture....I have owned all leather pockebooks in the past only to have them scratch up.....I find that the front three compartments on the front of the bag very convenient and most useful....In the long zippered compartment I put my checkbooks.....in one of the smaller ones I put my keys and in the other, I put my cell phone.....The long back pocket in the back is most useful as well....In my opinion, it's a wll designed bag at a good price.....!!!

I purchased this small organizer bag because I was tired of digging around in a bigger bag, and I carry so very few items. This bag is classic, simple, and made well. I love the cross strap, and all of the places and zipper pockets to put specific items in make me feel super organized. It has places for cards, change,money, receipts,papers, lipstick, phone, cigs, pen, lighter, and more.

The SAK Solana Hobo

I bought this bag directly from the Sak site. I got an excellent price on it.

Some pros and cons that I've found.

Pros:
The leather is so thick and chewy. I can't describe it any other way. Great quality and holds up well.
The strap is a big longer than what's been released over the past few years. It's a nice change. Very comfortable and doesn't ever slip off.
The lining is excellent. It doesn't fray or fall apart at the seams. No holes no matter how much I use the bag.

Cons:
I have the black bag. There is gold specks and the gold wears off quickly. It is like gold coloring on the suede part of the seams. That's the best I can describe it. Not an issue for me but wanted to point that out.

While I've never had a quality problem with Sak bags, the stitching may be worrysome for those used to the more expensive brands. Not sure if I'd ever pay full price for one of these bags because I'm used to higher quality and neater stitching. For the price point, these bags are excellent and hold up well. If you're OCD about your bags, then buy these in a store you can check them over before purchasing.

I did snag this bag for 80% off. At that price, I'm not going to be particular about messy stitching or flacking gold flecks because the leather is fantastic. Just wanted to point these items out for others.
